LEGAL TERMS:
All the pictures contained in SOSIdeA are subject to rights of the same SOSIDeA.
There are two kind of such rights:
royalty free (RF):
RF pictures are sold for an unlimited use with a single payment.
The unlimited use, however, doesnt' let to resell the pictures or to let third parties use them.
rights managed (RM):
A single usage of the bought pictures is allowed. If you wish to print the illustration on a new issue of your magazine or newspaper, you should buy it once again.
The contract which has been drew up, in both cases, it is not a selling but a usage license, then the author still has all his rights on the intellectual property of the pictures he created.
In particular, is hereinafter provided a list of the allowed and forbidden usages within the terms set by the usage license contract.
What you can do:
1) you can use the product in a single position; it can be transferred, but it must be used in only one position at a time;
2) you can do only one backup copy;
3) picture usage is allowed in the following applications:
i) commercial and publishing projects, concerning printed material, packaging, presentations, movies and video presentations, magazines, books and covers, postcards and greeting cards;
ii) electronic or web-based publications, along with web pages within dimension limits of 640x480 px at 72 dpi;
iii) prints and reprints for personal use;
4) you can create derivative works embodying into your work the picture bought;
5) derivative works usage is allowed at the same conditions above set at the point 3;
6) you can transfer files containing the picture or derivative works to your customers, printers or ISP with the intention of print, assumed that those parties don't need other printing rights for the picture usage.
What you can't do:
You can only use the product following the lines provided above. You can't redistribute a copy of the picture, or parts of it, or allow any access to the picture, or parts of it, if not allowed above.
You cannot:
1) use the picture for a design template you will resell, included web templates, flash templates and brochure design templates.
2) sell the picture via "print on demand"-like online services, including posters, postcards, t-shirts or other lines.
3) use the picture with posters (printed, as background, etc...) or other selling lines.
4) use the picture, or part of it, to design brands or generally in business communication;
5) embody the picture within products which result in a reprint of it (as for digital postcards);
6) use the picture in ways considered by SOSIdeA pornoghrapic, obscene or slandering;
7) use in the bought product pictures describing any person in mature contents, including mental, social and psychologic disturbs, smuggling and crime;
8) remove any indication on copyright, brand, signature or the like about the copyright owner from the position in which they are placed on the product or on the materials that come with it;
9) sub-license it, resell it, rent it, lend it or any other kind of distribution of the bought product.

Every printed picture shall credit "illustrazione SOSIDeA."
NORME LEGALI:
Tutte le immagini contenute in SOSIDeA sono oggetto di diritti della stessa SOSIDeA.
Tali diritti possono essere di due tipi:
royalty free (RF):
le immagini RF sono vendute per uso illimitato a seguito di un unico pagamento.
L'uso illimitato non permette tuttavia di rivendere le immagini o l'utilizzo delle stesse a terze persone.
rights managed (RM):
si prevede un unico utilizzo delle immagini acquistate. Qualora si intenda ristampare l’illustrazione su un nuovo numero della rivista o giornale bisogna provvedere ad un nuovo acquisto.
Il contratto che viene stipulato, in entrambi i casi, non è una vendita ma una licenza d'uso, quindi l'autore continua a possedere i diritti sulla proprietà intellettuale delle immagini create.
In particolare viene fornita qui di seguito una lista degli usi permessi e di quelli proibiti dal contratto di licenza d'uso:
cosa puoi fare:
1) è consentito utilizzare il prodotto in una sola posizione; può essere trasferito, ma deve essere utilizzato solo in una posizione per volta.
2) può essere effettuata una sola copia di backup;
3) l'uso dell'immagine è consentito nelle seguenti applicazioni:
i) progetti editoriali e commerciali, concernenti materiali stampati, packaging, presentazioni, film e video presentazioni,riviste, libri e copertine, biglietti d'auguri e cartoline;
ii) pubblicazioni online o elettroniche, comprese pagine web entro i limiti della dimensione 640x480 px a 72 dpi;
iii) stampe e riproduzioni per uso personale;
4) si possono creare lavori derivati incorporando l'immagine acquistata nel tuo lavoro;
5) l'uso dei lavori derivati è consentito alle stesse condizioni indicate nel punto 3 di cui sopra;
6) si possono trasferire i files contenenti l'immagine o prodotti derivati ai tuoi clienti, stampatori o ISP con l'intento della riproduzione, ammesso che queste parti non abbiano bisogno di ulteriori diritti di riproduzione per l'uso dell'immagine.
cosa non puoi fare:
non puoi utilizzare il prodotto se non nei modi espressamente previsti. Non puoi distribuire una copia dell'immagine, o porzioni di essa, o concedere l'accesso all'immagine , o porzioni di essa, se non permesso sopra.
non è consentito:
1) utilizzare l'immagine per design template da rivendere, incluso templates per siti web, flash templates e broschure design templates.
2) vendere l'immagine attraverso siti web che offrono il servizio di "print on demand", includendo posters, cartoline, t-shirts, e altri articoli.
3) usare l'immagine in posters (stampati, sfondi, ecc...) o altri articoli per la rivendita;
4) usare l'immagine, o parte di essa, per la costruzione di marchi e in generale nella comunicazione integrata d'azienda;
5) incorporare l'immagine in prodotti che risultino une re-distribuzione della stessa (come ad esempio le cartoline digitali);
6) utilizzare l'immagine in modi che SOSIDEA considera pornografici, osceni o diffamatori;
7) usare immagini nel prodotto acquistato che descriva una persona in materie sensibili inclusi disturbi mentali, sociali e psichici, contrabbando e crimini;
8) rimuovere le indicazioni sul copyright , marchio, firma o altre indicazioni sul proprietario del copyright, dalla posizione in cui appaiono o nel prodotto o nei materiali che lo accompagnano;
9) dare in sub-licenza, rivendere, affittare, prestare, o altre distribuzioni del prodotto acquistato.
