There are two ways to be part of SOSidea (after subscribing, obviously, at http://www.sosidea.com/gallery/index.php?pageId=115&start=0 ):

Click on gallery>partner basic, pay the one-year subscription fee
Send your pictures in a print resolution, attaching a text file saying:

Media Name: (title of your piece)
Author: (author name)
Copyright: (name of person or society owning the picture rights)
Description: (description of your piece)
Code number: (a code you want for your picture to be identified)
Format: (kind of media used, RGB/JPG for pictorial formats, and EPS9 or PDF for vectorial formats)
Dimensions: (picture width and height in px and inch, resolution for pictorial images must be at least 254 dpi, px and inch dimensions only for vectorial images)
Dimensions1: (file dimensions in Mb)
Keywords: (keywords for the internal search engine)
Category: (choose one of the site categories, i.e.: science)
Subcategory: (choose one of the site subcategories, i.e.: health)
Price: (set your estimated value for your piece, keeping in mind that SOSidea will add a 40%. i.e.: for a set price of 100 USD, the final price will be 140 USD)

Within a work week we will submit your piece to the site.
Attention! the insertions will begin the September 1st, 2006.

FULL Partner (150 euros/year)
(50 euros/year until 31st december 2006)

Help us to make SOSidea grow, with your help we will be more and more important on the market and your pieces will have a greater visibility and will be seen by customers all over the world.

We have chosen not to make the uploading part automatic because we want to "filter" your pieces before sumbitting them, so to make the SOSidea image bank quality higher and higher.

Please, before applying, you have to accept these conditions:
1) your pieces must be original and not a copy of an already existent piece;
2) they should not offend anyone or any other country;
3) the SOSidea team can still refuse those pieces that don't satisfy the requirements at 1) and 2) or whose quality isn't higher enough for our standards;
4) the subscriber must be able to receive payments via PayPal;
5) the subscriber must accept the publishing of the submitted pieces;
6) the subscriber is legally responsible of the publishing of its pieces and any legal action from third parties for stealing or anything else will be forwarded to himself;
7) SOSidea actively communicates within two work days, via e-mail, when a piece is sold and at the end of the month we will pay via PayPal;
8) SOSidea is not responsible in any way for eventual server downtimes;
9) SOSidea holds no responsability towards the subscribers if no piece has been sold.
